About Us

Altalune Inc. is Delaware-based, privately owned, a C-corporation, based in New Jersey. Altalune has issued 1,000 common shares, with 100% of those shares owned by the company directors, Amanda Rallo and Rich Fierro. Altalune Inc. does not have any other share classes, loans, or outstanding option agreements with the current directors or any other individual or entity.

Altalune’s management team consists of members with diverse industry backgrounds and experiences, including the financial, Charity, marketing, product development, technology, education, and construction industries. Each member of the management team provides a unique set of skills to ensure success in opening and operating a cannabis dispensary. The current management team strongly believes that teams of diversity yield the greatest success, and therefore will continue adding members to the team, such as minorities and women, to increase the diversity.

Amanda launched her first business in 1984, co-founding the magazine SHOP in New York City. In 1985, she transitioned into real estate development, where she successfully secured the property and investors for a 20-unit condominium project in Hoboken, NJ.

In 1999, Amanda and her husband founded Garfield Tire Inc., a wholesale used tire distributorship. Following her husband’s passing in 2013, Amanda acquired the company and partnered with his cousin, a former professional baseball relief pitcher.

Amanda first became acquainted with the benefits of cannabis in 2011, when her husband sought it for pain relief and mood stability during his illness. Outside of her professional work, Amanda is dedicated to community service and regularly volunteers with non-profit events and outreach programs in Jersey City.

Adopted and raised in Hudson County by immigrant parents who became professionals, she understands the benefits of hard work. Amanda was introduced to the cannabis industry when she began using edibles for sleep, relaxation and anxiety. She also uses tinctures, balms, and concentrates for stress and pain relief following a major car accident in 2024.

Rich Fierro is a 65-year-old resident of Ringwood, NJ, born in Paterson, NJ, to immigrant parents. Rich’s father initiated his own masonry contracting business in 1963, and Rich commenced working for the family enterprise at a young age. By the time Rich was twenty five, his father had retired, and he has been at the helm of the family business ever since. For the past forty seven years, Rich has maintained ownership and skillfully managed the business. He holds a Business Management degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

After many years in the construction business and multiple surgeries due to wear and tear, Rich encountered early-onset degenerative arthritis. He has experienced numerous advantages from using THC, CBD, and CBN cannabis products. Rich found them to be particularly effective in managing pain and reducing reliance on potentially harmful pharmaceutical alternatives.

Rich envisions his role as a co-owner in the legal cannabis industry as a platform to assist countless individuals in effectively and responsibly managing pain and stress related to it. His aim is to contribute to a healthier and more sustainable remedy for pain management.
